View as html in gmail??

hello friends ,
I m not good in dotnet but whenever i see something strange , i want to do that in asp,

I need to known how xls sheet is displayed in new window in html format ??

you can see a the best and well known example on gmail while you hav an option of viewing your attachments as html and download which ever you want....

Any tiny help is appreciated ........
